1. Introduction
Welcome to Artisan Building Services Ltd. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
We offer electrical services including, but not limited to, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), maintenance, installations, and inspections. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in service scope.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations for scheduled bookings and emergency call-outs must be cancelled within 10 minutes of your call-out. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payments
All invoices must be paid in full at the time of completion, unless specified otherwise. We may provide or require scheduled payment plans, and other works may be payable within the terms specified (usually 7-14 days unless agreed otherwise). Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.
6. Liability
While we take great care in delivering our services, we shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.
7. Warranties
All work involving new parts we supplied and installations is guaranteed for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse of any installed equipment. This guarantee excludes issues arising from pre-existing conditions, client-supplied materials, misuse, or unauthorised modifications after completion. Diagnostic or temporary repair work may not be covered.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions is the intellectual property of Artisan Building Services Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
